5 LizzieTye added this comment at 07:59pm Tue 1st January, 2013 I loved this recipe. It is so easy to make and tastes so fresh and healthy. Instead of plain boiling water, I used chicken stock and I also used more than the stipulated amount of garlic.
5 tallygirl added this comment at 10:37am Sun 29th July, 2012 Made for a bbq, doubled the recipe and it made a big bowl up. Got positive comments and I liked it. I added yellow capsicum valley view lobster buffet for more colour and more olive oil as it was still clumping together. The fresh mint and parsley make it!
3.5 Cookinupastorm added this comment at 01:09pm valley view lobster buffet Sun 28th August, 2011 I made this for a BBQ & followed the recipe to the letter, but the general consensus around the table was that it was a bit bland. It really needed extra lemon juice, or something to give it a bit more flavour.
5 bridgeydidge added this comment at 05:27pm Sun 28th March, valley view lobster buffet 2010 Really quick and easy, great to use as an extra healthy filling for lunch wraps with a little meat. I use a red onion rather than the 3 green onions, a little more garlic and lemon and a little less mint.
