An evening at Osteria Angle between Scialatielli and a Sicilian octopus


And here we are at the end of this beautiful contest ... as always I want to do some more thanks than dutiful though as always I prefer to leave room for the winning recipes without pulling too long! Then, beginning with the availability of the sponsor that is loaned to pay homage to the two winners with the highest quality products, of course I'm talking about Terre Ducal ... thank you.

Born into a family where cooking is a way of loving I have always hyvee breakfast buffet felt at home among pots and pans, just me, the passion for taste and creativity that give life to my dishes always telling me something. Cooking is pamper those we love, is to transform the raw material and give it the shape of our emotions.
